When it opened for business in the 80’s, Dufour was one of the only women owned and operated companies in the food industry. They’ve been a Bronx, New York fixture since 2007 and have a staff of very loyal, long-time employees. Dufour makes all their hors d’oeuvres by hand in small batches using only natural ingredients. In addition to their extensive line of savory finger foods, their award-winning Puff Pastry Sheets and Pate Brisee, Pate Sucree and Blue Corn Tart Shells are also available through Baldor.
