Their Hot Soppressata is made from a mix of wine and garlic, the same as their sweet Soppressata. The hot version goes one step further by adding in chili flakes and chili peppers. Slip slices of it into Muffuletta; thinly slice and shingle over chicken before searing; or chop and add to bread dough.
