About BKE

BKE was created by two physician-scientists who study the human microbiome, wellness, and plant
medicine. We have combined ancient fermentation techniques with our love for science to create the first low-sugar, low-calorie, all-natural kombucha on the market - without any artificial sweeteners, factory-made probiotics, or pasteurization. As part of our commitment to quality, we make everything by hand in our brewery in Bushwick, NY, which also features a taproom and ethnobotanical bar.
